Ideal for renters, landlords, or homeowners. These are full deep cleans of empty homes with the additional services of: inside of cabinets, closets, and appliances, detailed scrubbing of the bathroom and kitchen, floor cleaning, debris removal, and a final inspection to make sure everything is spotless and ready for the move. (Please note that this service may be done with an additional helper to keep the time of service limited. The duration for this service is also an estimate and will vary based on the size and condition of the home. The price is also dependent on these factors too. The cost listed is the base rate.)
